Carbon Fiber Manufacturing
Volume production of carbon fiber parts for UAVs, armed UAVs, rockets, helicopters and aircraft — plates, tubes, shaped parts and custom structural components made to drawing.
We manufacture carbon fiber structural parts for aerospace platforms in batch quantities — UAVs, armed UAVs (UCAV), rockets, helicopters and aircraft. Production is organized around repeat wholesale orders: once a part is approved, it can be re-ordered against the same drawing and inspection record.
Scope
- CNC machining of carbon fiber plate into frames, ribs, brackets and mounting parts
- Tubes and booms — body tubes, tail booms and spars, cut and finished
- Shaped parts — fairings, covers and nose cones
- Custom parts produced from customer DXF, STEP or PDF drawings
- Design support — manufacturability review and lightening of existing parts
- First-article samples ahead of batch production
